Bring the App launcher ribbon form O365 to on Prem and allow use to administer what icons/links appear form central admin.
This would allow the use of SharePoint as a landing page company wide with links to all corporate applications on SharePoint and external.29 votes
I noticed that the Suite Bar in Office 365 and in SP2016 doesn't display the user in the top right the same way. SP2016 displays the name where Office 365 shows the picture.
Would be better to do the same as Office 365 in SP2016 no? Better UX when in Hybrid.4 votes

The new Contents tab on the new Site Contents page has a Modified column, but not a Modified By column. It would be great to be able to see who has last modified the contents.1 vote
We are having huge trouble to satisfy above 200 users that were used to work with Google feature "Adding comment" to read-only files. Google allows users to add comments to Google docs\Google sheets files without allowing to edit the content. Microsoft does not allow users to add comments to Word\Excel Online files if user doesn't have "Edit" permission. Couple of weeks ago we were going live with Office365 files SharePoint\OneDrive and we receive many complaints.
How can we solve it ASAP?
It should be possible to have a field that displays the link of a document. This should be added through an existing lookup for example. Users often need a direct link to a document when they want to send something around or post it somewhere. Getting the link is quite cumbersome and well hidden today.1 vote
