  2. Publish an outlook shared calendar

    I and a coworker of mine are using a shared calendar to schedule visits to our clients. Is very important for other team members to know where we are. Currently we have a sharepoint site in which we publish every visit as an event (wich is very laborious) I tried to insert the web site of the published calendar as part of the sharepoint site, but calendar web page does not support any type of content insertion. It will be great if we can insert the calendar using web page or an insertion code generated by itself.

  3. Allow SharePoint to Accept Requests from Teams (either directly or via CDN)

    In certain cases, content posted in SharePoint can't be used 'programmatically' (e.g. via a Bot) inside Microsoft Teams. It would be great if an internal asset, posted on SPO, could be used in this way by Teams in the same tenant. One option could be to allow the use of public CDN content, but to my knowledge, the SharePoint Online CDN only accepts messages (via referrer) from SharePoint Online itself.

  4. Easier method to unpromote a page from news!!!!

    Stop trying to add new features and focus on cleaning up and fixing the crap ones that you already have.

  5. Quick approval

    There needs to be an 'approval' button to allow quick approval. The process takes too long, and I do not want to set up an automatic workflow.

  6. Device Targeting

    Please add Device targeting to Webparts like Quicklinks or Call to action (similar to audience targeting). For example, certain links in the Quicklinks Web Part are only displayed on the PC, other links are only displayed on an Android smartphone.

  8. SharePoint Team News roll-up images size format

    The image on the news rollup modern webpart would benefit from some focus control. We have had several instances where users have uploaded a portrait image onto a news post detailing new staff members. When the News webpart shows this content, it chooses the middle of the image, occasionally cutting of part of someones head. I have tried to educate users to use landscape images in their news post.

  9. Improve performance of classic Publishing Sites in Office 365

    Enterprise intranets rely on the publishing feature found on classic Publishing Sites. As soon as you enable the publishing feature in SharePoint Online the page load times drastically increases. Page load times are also erratic, sometimes reasonable fast, sometimes painfully slow.

    It is impossible to deliver a fast intranet when the underlying SharePoint pages takes so long to load. In the end, user experience is suffering and customers complain.

    On the same topic, Image Renditions are also painfully slow in SharePoint Online, likely because the caching mechanism does not work causing image renditions to be generated on every request.

  11. Promote page - Specify News Site

    The new "Promote" functionality is a great step forward. Per presentations from Ignite & elsewhere, I understand the plan is to include the functionality to create a "newsletter" of multiple articles, etc. So I look forward to seeing this functionality evolve.

    One item that would improve the delivered functionality, is the ability to specify what site to post your page as News onto.

    Promote > Your Page as News on another site > Specify Site to promote on> Add promotional Copy (Auto-include a linking thumbnail of page)

  12. Publishing site URL cannot be edit

    We want to change publishing site URL, now only team site and communication site URL is editable, it is very inconvenient when using other type of sites like publishing site.

  13. Create a Preview function

    Allow site creators the option to view the site as a visitor when editing sites, i.e. a preview. Google Sites has this function, however, SharePoint does not.

  15. I want a Full screen mode in Site Pages while sharing power BI report.

    The current feature for Power BI sharing through Share point does not give the full screen mode option. The option will render to use the feature 100%

  18. Ordering news articles that are audience targeted

    When publishing news articles and audience targeting them, if we specify a news order slot, it overrides the audience targeting and the article appears for everyone. Can the news order respect the audience targeting so that we have control over the appearance in that scenario?

  19. Open PP show as a show in SharePoint

    We NEED to be able to place .ppsx documents in a SharePoint site documents folder and have other users visiting that site open the file as a show and not in edit mode. This is a huge pitfall in SharePoint!!!

    OneNote を共同編集する際、同時接続可能なユーザー数を明示する公開情報がほしい。顧客へ、OneNote の共同編集する際の注意点や、同期時のパフォーマンス低下した際の説明をする際に、顧客を理解させるだけの材料が少なすぎるため、公開を希望します。具体的に、どれくらいのユーザーが同時に編集可能であるか、同時に閲覧するユーザー数のしきい値がどこまでに設定されているかを公開情報にしてほしい。
    I would like public information to be made available that identifies how many concurrent users can connect when co-editing on OneNote. There is too little information to help customers to understand when explaining co-editing or poor performance during synchronization. I would like specifically to make the public information about how many users can edit OneNote at the same time and what the threshold is for the number of the users that can view something simultaneously.
