  1. JSON column formatting and hidden fields

    Right now, in order to add the reference to the column in JSON (column/view) formatting, you have to show that column in the list view.

    Instead, it would be useful to refer to hidden field to format a column.

  2. Allow formatting column headers in list view using JSON formatting

    The JSON formatting feature of list views is great. I use it very often and many client like the new looks formatted using JSON.

    However there is no way to format the column headers in list view using JSON.

    Please allow formatting column headers in list view using JSON formatting as this is much needed feature.

    Internet Explorer では、表題の内容が実現できるが、Microsoft Edgeでは実現不可能になったので、Microsoft Edge でも開いている SharePoint Online のサイト内に作成したカスタム リストに元の書式を維持したままコピー & ペーストができる機能を追加して欲しい。

    In Internet Explorer, this can be done, but it cannot be done in Edge, so please add a way to copy and paste within custom lists created in a SharePoint Online site opened in Edge, while maintaining the original formatting.

    While it is possible to add a user column to a list and register a security group, clicking on the security group does not show the members within that group.

    Even in cases where a list form customized in PowerApps has a “Save” button, the default “Save” button is displayed.

    現在、リストやライブラリにおいて、作成したビューの並び順が作成順に並ぶ動作となっている。
    複数のビューを作成して運用をする場合、ボタンの並び順が変わると使用感に直接影響するため、任意の並び順に変更できる機能追加を要望します。

    Currently, the display order for created views for lists and libraries is the order in which they were created.
    If several views are created and applied, if the order of buttons changes then this has a direct impact on usability, so please allow us to change this display order arbitrarily.

    SharePoint Online のリストの複数選択可能な選択肢列にて手入力で追加した値がフィルターに表示されない。そのため、手入力をして追加したその他の値もフィルター値として選択できるよう機能改善を要望します。
    In the Classic UI Custom List of SharePoint Online, when the user manually added a value from [Specify your own value] to Choice Column where it is possible to ‘Fill-in,’ the value is not displayed in the column filter.
    I hope this problem to be fixed.

    現在、モダン UI では予定表ビューを利用することができない。
    リストにワークフローを設定した場合、一覧表示だと視覚的にわかりづらいため、モダン UI でも予定表ビューを利用できるようにしてほしい。
    Currently calendar view cannot be used in modern UI.
    If a workflow is set for a list, list view is hard to understand visually, so we hope that calendar view can be used in modern UI.

  10. Pass URL parameters to modern newform.aspx

    I would the ability to pass URL parameters to modern list forms, read them in, and auto populate or select form fields. The ideal situation here is not to customize, not create a powerapp, and not resort to using classic mode forms with javascript.

    EX: NewForm.aspx?Title=Fubar&DropdownField=2

  11. Option to remove 'Add to my calendar' from events

    Would be great to be able to choose whether or not events in a SharePoint modern page show the "add to my calendar" option. We have a calendar which is more of an FYI than a way for people to sign up to attend events.

    グループを展開することで、すべてのグループを表示できるが、パフォーマンスの問題から、"1 ページに表示するグループの数: " を設定している。
    グループ内のアイテムは [すべて表示] のリンクをクリックすることで表示される為、グループも同様に、 [すべて表示] のリンクをクリックすることですべてのグループを表示できるようにしてほしい。

  13. "Connect To Outlook" for Mobile Devices to view and Sync SharePoint Contact List Libraries Task calendars

    Installed apps : Microsoft SharePoint App and Microsoft Outlook App
    in SharePoint app with Browser View is showing "Connect to Outlook" command in the ribbon when you have Microsoft Outlook app also in your phone. But pressing the "Connect To Outlook" command button doesn't do anything to Sync the contact list of SharePoint To Outlook App in phone. It Should be Synchronized in phone from SharePoint list to Outlook app of Phone. This should be done in Android, IOS or windows phone. However the connect to outlook command button works perfectly fine in laptop or windows but not for Mobile…

  14. Block list item from being edited when another user already is editing the item.

    Our customer has a list, each item in the list represents contents of a document so the columns of each item holds a lot of text and the people edit for a long period.

    He now has asked us to please prevent multiple users from editing the same list item at once. We see no out-of-the-box solution to block editing a list item when another user already edits it. So we would like one.

    Also when we use cutom-powerapp-forms and 2 people edit the same item, the user who saves last overwrites the changes of the user who saves first,…

    複数行テキスト列に、リンク文字列を指定して、リンクを指定した際に、文字列は短くても、指定した URL が一定数以上の場合、縦幅に余白が出来る。
    リンク文字列が短い場合は、余白が出来ないように機能の改善を希望します。
    When inserting a link to a Multiline text column, whether the URL of the link is short or not, it consumes large space in the vertical direction and shows blank within the column.
    For improvement of visibility, allow inserting the link URL without displaying any blank space within the column when the link string is short.

  18. About the modified user and time of the excel file attached to the list

    About the behavior of attaching file to a custom list of SharePoint Online, for Word and PPT, open the attaching file with office online and changing nothing, the modified time and modified user of the item will not be changed. For Excel , the modified time and modified user of the item will be updated when open and view the excel file without updating the contents , the customer want it to be set that open the excel attachment file without changing the content, the modified time and modified user of the item should not be updated .

  19. @mention in List comments

    As we adopt Lists, we realize that we have several meetings looking at items in existing lists. We like the ability to comment on items and that has alleviated some meeting time, but it's tough to get people to check for updated comments or responses.

    Please make it possible to @mention another user in a list item's comments and let that notification come in via Teams by default (maybe offer a setting so people can ask for email notifications).
