    I want to display a default value in list multi-line text columns


    ■Description(内容):
    リストの複数行テキスト列に表形式のデータを入力したいが、ユーザーが新規アイテムを作成するたびに表を挿入しなくてもデータを入力できるように、既定で表を挿入しておく機能を要望します。

    I want to put tabular data in a multi-line text column in a list, but in order to allow data to be entered when users create new items without them inputting a table, please make it possible to have a table be inserted by default.

  2. Assigning permissions to “Users in the same groups as me”

    Assigning permissions to “Users in the same groups as me”


    ■Description(内容):
    リストに登録したアイテムに対して、自分と同じグループに所属するユーザーが投稿した場合にだけ編集を行える権限を付与できるよう機能の拡充を希望します。
    現在は権限を明示的に指定する必要があるため、投稿者に基づいて一部のユーザーに対して自動で編集権限を付与することが出来ません。
    複数のグループで情報を共有する場合など、アイテムごとに権限の制御を行いたいと考えています。

    For items in a list, I would like to be able to have permissions for editing be assigned automatically when a user in the same group as one’s self posts an item.
    Currently you need to implicitly specify permissions, and there is no way to have editing permissions be automatically assigned to sets of users based on the poster.
    We would like to set restrictions on individual items in cases such as several groups sharing information etc.

  3. Color Coding Function for MS Lists Calendar View

    It would be great if there was a color coding feature where in the calendar view, you can visualize color based on the person assigned, or any other column category.

  4. Form column width

    Please allow us to set the default width of columns (Ie the white boxes) when customising the BODY of Sharepoint List Forms with JSON.

    For example our notes box, which is a vital part of each list item. In the standard view, the notes box is wide, and allows room for plenty of rest. But as soon as I split our Form into sections using JSON, the Notes box becomes very narrow, even through it is the only column in its section, and therefore now has a huuuuge expanse of wasted space available to its right.

    Hope conditional formula can support the following column types in the future:

    Person columns with multiple selections
    Multiple choice column
    Time calculations in DateTime column
    Currency columns
    Location columns
    Calculated columns
    Managed Metadata columns

  6. SharePoint 予定表に登録したイベントを、Outlook の既存の予定表に登録する機能が欲しい。

    現状、SharePoint 予定表の [Outlook に接続] を使用して Outlook 内に新規予定表を作成することは可能だが、Outlook 内の既存の予定表に SharePoint 予定表上のイベントをマージする機能は提供されていないため、実装を希望します。

    Title: Request for the feature to enable registration of events stored in the SharePoint calendar to an existing calendar in Outlook.

    It is currently possible to create a new calendar in Outlook using [Connect to Outlook] feature in SharePoint Calendar, but it does not provide the ability to merge events on the SharePoint calendar into an existing calendar in Outlook. We would like to have the feature in SharePoint Calendar.

  7. Lists' NEW BUTTON: offer content types depending on the current PARENT content type

    If one sets a list to allow managed content types, the New button always offer ALL those content types at ALL levels (folders) despite the folder content type the user navigated to.

    For instance, one creates a list which allows custom content types A and B both derived from Folder content type, and X and Y both derived from Item. Folders "A" should allow adding ONLY items "X", and folders "B" should only items "Y".

    Currently, SPO New button offers ALL content types the list was set to allow, despite the folder where the user is in. There's no way…

  8. list validation - allow conditions according to content types

    Please make SPO allow reference to content types in the formula for list validation. For instance a list with 2 or + content types each with different columns in them: currently, the list validation rule is applied to all and we cannot add conditions that are unique for a specific content type being added / edited (need to go with Flow, which is much harder, heavier & slower)

  9. list validation - allow multiple "and" INDIVIDUAL rules

    If one has many conditions to validade a list new / edited entry, each with formulas on different sets of fields, it's VERY cumbersome to combine ALL of them with ANDs and ORs in a sole lenghty formula.
    For example, say users have to fill start and end dates and end date need to be after the start AND ALSO: a) IF a text field "x" is filled, then a number field "y" ALSO need to be fileld, AND b) IF a choice field is chosen, then another choice must have been chosen.
    Pretty clear there are 3 INDEPENDENT conditions…

  10. IRR Function (Internal Rate of Return)

    It would be great if we could calculate IRR (Internal Rate of Return) for a list item in SharePoint. I would like to create a number of lists which I am unable to do due to due to not been able to easily do this. In Excel this is simply IRR(<range>,<accuracy>) but this isn't available in SharePoint.

  11. I want to attach a file to the comment section of a SharePoint list SharePoint リストのコメント欄にファイルを添付したい

    It will be smooth for business if you can attach a file to the comment section of the SharePoint list, so I would like to add a new function.

    SharePoint リストのコメント欄に、ファイルの添付ができるようになると業務上スムーズなため、新機能の追加を希望します。

    現状、Lists アプリ内でスクロール バーが表示されず、列数の多いリストを参照する際などに大変不便です。
    スクロール バーが表示されるよう機能拡充を希望します。

    Currently, no scroll bars are shown in the Lists app, which is inconvenient for lists with many columns.
    Please add scroll bars.

  13. Renamed column: make SPO automatically update formulas that refer to it

    If I rename a column that is referred in formulas of calculated columns, I have to go to each one to "fix" them, edititng to refer to the new name. A real nightmare when a column is referred in dozens of calculated columns in several lists !!

  14. created / modified lists' columns: please show the SECONDS

    SPO doesn't display the SECONDS in neither Created nor Modified columns (set to use standard datetime format). We need the seconds be shown. More on this in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_sharepoint-mso_win10-mso_o365b/spo-not-displaying-seconds-in-a-date-time-column/50792cd5-91e4-496c-b76c-64f2cb5cd615. Please make SPO show the seconds in these columns when we choose standard date time display / format.

    In a custom list of SharePoint, since it is necessary to have more permission than posting to enter a comment, I would like a function that allows users with viewing permission to enter only comments.

    似た内容のリストが2つあり、統合しようとしていた際に添付ファイルを移動させる必要があり、ファイルも膨大なため、リスト間で添付ファイルの移動またはコピーを一括でできる機能がほしい。

    We have two lists with similar content, so when thinking of combining them, we need a way to move attachments from one to another. Since there are lots of files, we would like a way to copy or move them between lists.

    ■Description(内容):
    予定表ビューのリストにおいて、アイテムの表示内容として基本的に 1 つの列の値が表示されるようになっている。
    "集計値" 列を作成し、一部対象となる列を複数選択することで、複数の列の値を表示させることはできるが、"登録者" 列など対象外の列に関してはそれができない。

    "集計値" 列の対象外となる "登録者" 列などの列の値についても、予定表ビューにて複数の列の値を表示させたいため、予定表ビューのリスト上で複数の列の値が表示できるよう、機能の拡充を希望します。

    In a calendar view list, only one column’s values can be shown from an item’s content.
    If you create a “Calculated” column and select a number of relevant columns for it to apply to, it is possible to show the values of several columns, but this cannot be done for incompatible columns such as “Created by”.

    We would like to be able to show the values…
