  1. Hide list columns based on user permissions

    When creating a list, have the option to hide a column based on permissions to that site. For example:

    A List has 5 columns however 2 of them columns are for the use of the internal team only.

    Site visitors when accessing the list will only see 3 columns and hide the 2 internal team columns based on their permissions.

  2. Allow users to Share a List without being assigned Full Control

    カスタムリストの列を削除してしまった場合に、列とその列に登録されていた情報を復元する動作を提供してほしい。
    内容 : 現在、誤った操作によりカスタムリストの列を削除してしまった場合にも、削除した列を復元する機能はなく、列および列の登録情報の復元作業には、多大な工数が掛かってしまう。そのため、カスタムリストの列を削除してしまった場合に、列とその列に登録されていた情報を復元する機能を提供してほしい。

  4. Enable Custom Filter capability for Sharepoint Lists

    Custom Filter was a useful option in Sharepoint 2010 when you had to filter by ranges (example: min of 15 AND max of 30).

    This capability is not available in Sharepoint online, which impacts the ability of users to filter lists. This is also very useful when filtering date fields.

  5. Multiple levels of grouping

    Currently it is possible to group only by one column having one level only.
    Would be very useful to have possibility to build multiple levels of grouping by multiple columns.

  6. Row formatting based on cell value

    would be nice to have possibility to format look and feel of whole row based on values in one or several columns.
    I.e. row becomes red if impact and probability column values = high.

  7. Gannt view for Lists

    It would be useful to have a possibility to build a Gannt or timeline/roadmap view based on list or lists.
    The period should be configurable - day, month, quarter, based on another list (for instance list of Sprints).

  8. Automatically hide Lists entries marked as 'Completed' in Microsoft Lists

    When using Microsoft Lists as an issue tracker, as more and more entries get added by different users, the list becomes very large because the issues that get completed still remain even once their status has been set to COMPLETED in the PROGRESS column. Whilst completed entries can be manually deleted, it is useful to be able to check back at these historical completed issues.

    Ideally, there should be an option for COMPLETED entries to be either automatically hidden or archived so that they don't get in the way of active and un-completed entries whilst still allowing us to view…

  9. Change Comments Icon Appearance for New Comments

    With the new built-in comment functionality for Lists, change the appearance of the Comment icon if a new comment is added and not read. This will make it apparent to users that a new comment has been added.

    An icon appears when a comment is added to a list item for the first time, but it is not obvious when a new comment is added afterwards.

  10. Allow calculated columns to be used as the start and end dates in calendar views

    Allow calculated columns to be used as the start and end dates in calendar views. This feature was available in SharePoint 2013 and some existing views can't actually be migrated to SharePoint Online.

  11. Increase "Group By" item limit (currently cuts off at 30 items) for SharePoint Lists.

    When organizing a SharePoint list using the "group by" feature, the groups are summarized by the first 30 items in the list instead of showing the complete list. There needs to be customizing for this. I can see my entire list, and once I group it most of my content gets cut off by this item limit.

  12. Enable Audience targeting on modern list

    Need to be able to activate audience on modern list item like we can do with modern library.

    Currently, we can activate audience on list but this does not work with modern UI and Highlighted content modern web part.

    [リストの設定] から ビューを作成、変更する際、フィルターが10件を超えると追加できないため、クラシック UI では 10 件以上のフィルターを設定できない。そのため、クラシック UI でも 10 件以上フィルター設定できるように機能拡充を希望します。

    When creating or editing a view from “List settings”, no further filters can be added after the tenth in the Classic UI. Please improve this so that more than 10 filters can be used, even in the Classic UI.

  14. Cascading choice fields in list forms - including multiple values

    Microsoft Lists (introduced in May 2020) have many new features. Finally, the average user can easily hide and reorder fields in list forms. Even conditional hiding is now available. However, the biggest hole in the feature set is still there, 19 years after SharePoint 2001. Will this feature make it to the 20th anniversary? I certainly hope so. Anyone interested in choice fields in SharePoint lists (or libraries for that matter) will also be interested in cascading choice fields, sooner rather than later.   15. SharePoint list grid view doesn't say what error is

    I had a large document library that used files as the key. My file names were formatted as a date followed by a short description. I decided to move the date into a separate column so I could sort based on the date. I created the new column and then went into grid view to manually add all of the dates to the new column and remove them from the file names. When I went to exit grid view it told me I had to fix errors but it didn't in any way tell me what the errors were. It…

  16. Voting/likes capture UserID in Version History

    Voting buttons (whether the star rating or the like) appends in Version History to the most recent user's ID who edited the item last (it doesnt capture the person who voted/liked). In cases of tracking and documenting who rated an item, can we get a Version History log for votes/ratings showing the User? I am using the feature as an "approval". Similar to an existing request out here, enabling a vote/rate while the item is open in edit mode would work to capture the user in version history as well.
