  1. Allow the use of more than 10 filters in Classic UI lists

    ■Description(内容):
    [リストの設定] から ビューを作成、変更する際、フィルターが10件を超えると追加できないため、クラシック UI では 10 件以上のフィルターを設定できない。そのため、クラシック UI でも 10 件以上フィルター設定できるように機能拡充を希望します。

    When creating or editing a view from “List settings”, no further filters can be added after the tenth in the Classic UI. Please improve this so that more than 10 filters can be used, even in the Classic UI.

  2. Cascading choice fields in list forms - including multiple values

    Microsoft Lists (introduced in May 2020) have many new features. Finally, the average user can easily hide and reorder fields in list forms. Even conditional hiding is now available. However, the biggest hole in the feature set is still there, 19 years after SharePoint 2001. Will this feature make it to the 20th anniversary? I certainly hope so. Anyone interested in choice fields in SharePoint lists (or libraries for that matter) will also be interested in cascading choice fields, sooner rather than later.   3. SharePoint list grid view doesn't say what error is

    I had a large document library that used files as the key. My file names were formatted as a date followed by a short description. I decided to move the date into a separate column so I could sort based on the date. I created the new column and then went into grid view to manually add all of the dates to the new column and remove them from the file names. When I went to exit grid view it told me I had to fix errors but it didn't in any way tell me what the errors were. It…

  4. Voting/likes capture UserID in Version History

    Voting buttons (whether the star rating or the like) appends in Version History to the most recent user's ID who edited the item last (it doesnt capture the person who voted/liked). In cases of tracking and documenting who rated an item, can we get a Version History log for votes/ratings showing the User? I am using the feature as an "approval". Similar to an existing request out here, enabling a vote/rate while the item is open in edit mode would work to capture the user in version history as well.

  9. Increase List Template Limits

    Users are not able to create List Templates in SharePoint Online that exceed 52 MB. The error they receive is "The list is too large to save as a template". The size of a template cannot exceed 52428800 bytes.

    This is a ridiculously low limit considering users can upload files that are GB in size now. The current Microsoft list template limits place a strain on business users and IT departments.

    At the very least, give business users the ability to clone their lists in real time on their own WITH content.

  10. permissions by view

    We desperately need to be able to assign permissions separately to different list views! Everyone needs this feature really! It's so important to be able to create a list with all the data you need and to be able to only show specific columns to specific users.

    If the selection column is at the bottom of either the list item creation screen or the editing screen, the selection dropdown appears above it on the screen, so the descriptions are visible.   12. calculations on calculated fields

    Allow column calculations for calculated columns where the returned value is a number. This would support 2 primary use cases: 1-Perform a second set of functions after columns were used to produce a numeric value, and 2-Perform a second or more column calculations for a duplicate column. For example, a user might need both the sum and average for the same column.

  14. Improve styles on modern list and library forms

    It's great that the forms are more modern looking, but the styles have become very difficult to read. Headers blend with the rest of the form. The old forms were easy to read.

  15. Wiki Template Page

    With a wiki you click new and add page. I wish there was an option to have the wiki forced to use a template (like doc libraries have a template background) so that any time you create a new page whether its by typing the link in a wiki page, or clicking new page, that it will use the template so that you can have webparts standard on every page

    It would be good to be able to have cascading dropdown option to make lists shorter and easier for the user to find the list item they are looking for in the dropdown.

  20. Remove or make configurable the row limit on the Create list from Excel app

    The new Create List options are nice - but really unworkable for uploading content to a new list where the number of rows to be uploaded is >50 items.

    Seriously?! I can load a list of 50 items by hand if I have to, but where this option is really needed is to transfer a list of several hundred items (e.g. a corporate glossary or FAQs tabulation) from an original Excel (or csv) worksheet into a SharePoint List for easier team maintenance or exposure on a SharePoint Comms site.
