  2. total functionality for calculated number and currency columns

    In a list view, have the ability to apply the "Totals" functionality for a Calculated column that produces data type returned as a Number or Currency. This would lead to a better user experience for calculations, or reproducing, but changing, the math function for a column. For example the sum and average would be available for a calculated column that was replicated.

  4. Enable "Inviting a SharePoint Calendar to a meeting"

    We would like to be able to invite a Teams calendar to a meeting in outlook.
    This would enable us to easily maintain an updated team calendar of Team meetings/events as well as travel activities of different temamembers.

  5. Cascading choice fields in list forms - including multiple values

    Microsoft Lists (introduced in May 2020) have many new features. Finally, the average user can easily hide and reorder fields in list forms. Even conditional hiding is now available. However, the biggest hole in the feature set is still there, 19 years after SharePoint 2001. Will this feature make it to the 20th anniversary? I certainly hope so. Anyone interested in choice fields in SharePoint lists (or libraries for that matter) will also be interested in cascading choice fields, sooner rather than later.   6. Please enable access to list item comments from list web parts

    The latest List Comments feature (rolled out Dec 2020 onwards) seems not to work from a list web part on a modern page in SharePoint Online. The Comment command bar button and Comment icon in the Title field area do not appear in an embedded list.

    Also when selecting a list item and opening the details panel using the ℹ button on the command bar, the comments icon does not appear there either (unlike the details panel that opens from an ordinary list view page).

    条件に左右されず、Microsoft Teams を利用するユーザーの全てのプレゼンス情報が表示される機能の実装を希望します。
    Classic UI lists can be used to display the presence information for users that use Microsoft Teams, but this is under certain conditions (web browser used has to be Internet Explorer etc.) and only a part of the presence will be displayed.

  8. Bring back the checkin/checkout functionality on list items

    Users need the ability to check out a list item so that it cannot be modified by anyone else. We continue to get complaints about users overwriting each other's changes. Need the check in / check out functionality returned with SharePoint Online.

  9. Hide list columns based on user permissions

    When creating a list, have the option to hide a column based on permissions to that site. For example:

    A List has 5 columns however 2 of them columns are for the use of the internal team only.

    Site visitors when accessing the list will only see 3 columns and hide the 2 internal team columns based on their permissions.

    Tasks needs to be created and searchable in the modern experience. Just like it use to work in the classic experience.

    内容 : 現在、誤った操作によりカスタムリストの列を削除してしまった場合にも、削除した列を復元する機能はなく、列および列の登録情報の復元作業には、多大な工数が掛かってしまう。そのため、カスタムリストの列を削除してしまった場合に、列とその列に登録されていた情報を復元する機能を提供してほしい。

  13. Enable Custom Filter capability for Sharepoint Lists

    Custom Filter was a useful option in Sharepoint 2010 when you had to filter by ranges (example: min of 15 AND max of 30).

    This capability is not available in Sharepoint online, which impacts the ability of users to filter lists. This is also very useful when filtering date fields.

  14. Multiple levels of grouping

    Currently it is possible to group only by one column having one level only.
    Would be very useful to have possibility to build multiple levels of grouping by multiple columns.

  15. Row formatting based on cell value

    would be nice to have possibility to format look and feel of whole row based on values in one or several columns.
    I.e. row becomes red if impact and probability column values = high.

  16. Gannt view for Lists

    It would be useful to have a possibility to build a Gannt or timeline/roadmap view based on list or lists.
    The period should be configurable - day, month, quarter, based on another list (for instance list of Sprints).

  17. Automatically hide Lists entries marked as 'Completed' in Microsoft Lists

    When using Microsoft Lists as an issue tracker, as more and more entries get added by different users, the list becomes very large because the issues that get completed still remain even once their status has been set to COMPLETED in the PROGRESS column. Whilst completed entries can be manually deleted, it is useful to be able to check back at these historical completed issues.

    Ideally, there should be an option for COMPLETED entries to be either automatically hidden or archived so that they don't get in the way of active and un-completed entries whilst still allowing us to view…

  18. Change Comments Icon Appearance for New Comments

    With the new built-in comment functionality for Lists, change the appearance of the Comment icon if a new comment is added and not read. This will make it apparent to users that a new comment has been added.

    An icon appears when a comment is added to a list item for the first time, but it is not obvious when a new comment is added afterwards.

    Allow calculated columns to be used as the start and end dates in calendar views. This feature was available in SharePoint 2013 and some existing views can't actually be migrated to SharePoint Online.

  20. Enable Audience targeting on modern list

    Need to be able to activate audience on modern list item like we can do with modern library.

    Currently, we can activate audience on list but this does not work with modern UI and Highlighted content modern web part.
