  1. Recovery of deleted files from Recycle bin

    I am unable to restore the deleted files to the desired location and getting error message as "value doesnot fall within the expected range". Kindly solve this.

  2. Enable geolocation field in Sharepoint 365

    I see that it's possible to create a map view for the geolocation field in SharePoint, but not for the web-based Sharepoint 365. Please enable this field as default within 365 for online users.

  3. Add filter by view and search to recycle bin

    We have thousands of documents in our recycle bin. I have no way of filtering them to those belonging to the specific view that I am searching for to recover deleted documents from. The only thing I can do with the gear is switch the view types. Please add filtering and search features to the recycle bin.

  4. Way to disable details pane on a per list basis

    By using custom forms, be it javascript based or via PowerApps, one has the ability to put business logic in the data input (e.g. hide certain fields based on usercontext, enable validation of certain input, etc.).

    The details pane is handy, except for these situation, because it allows users to bypass all these valiations.

    Please allow for a way to disable this panel for certain lists so the data input doesn't get corrupted by wrong data input.

  5. Ability to Freeze Headers in SharePoint Lists

    I would think the ability to freeze headers in lists (some become very large) and being able to see the header (similar to how Excel provides the ability to freeze headers) while scrolling should be a given.

  6. Easy column formatting for SharePoint lists

    I get that JSON gives ultimate flexibility for column formatting, I really do - BUT - please can we have some basic if-then-else value-based column formatting options built in to the list field definition user interface?

    It would really help the rest of us who are not coding geeks and don't have the time to understand the ins and outs of the very convoluted JSON syntax.

    And while you are about it, please can we have TODAY() or NOW() and ME() functions enabled for calculated fields?

  7. hide/disable the Recent Activity in the details pane

    Implement a configurable switch to hide/disable the Recent Activity in the details pane. Should be configurable at the user, library or tenant level.

    Users find it annoying when the details pane keeps refreshing as other users update a list item or document; it makes the details pane constantly refresh and appears to "flicker" causing a poor user experience.

  8. Add Modern list for external content types - BCS

    When we create a new list based upon an external content type (through BCS), only the classic environment is avaialable.

    Please add modern support for external content type lists.

    Self-explanatory : please add contact list template as modern list.

    Most important feature for me is the Outlook client synchronization.

  10. Setting for freezing column headings

    Please add a LIST setting to control freezing column headings. The New Experience doesn't seem to allow freezing column headings which makes viewing data very difficult.

  11. Show document Name in list field lookups

    When linking a sharepoint list field to a document library, we need a method to be able to select the "name" field of the document library. At the moment we can only return the Title, which when navigating is to select the linked document shows nothing as folders and documents dont have "title" by default.

    Also need the ability to select the root folder.

    Trying to build an index (list) that cross references projects with documents and without this it is very hard - almost impossible

  12. Lookup data from a list on another site

    Need the ability to add a lookup column on a list in one site that pull data from a list in another site. There are paid plugins that do this, they call it "cross site lookup", but this should be available by default in office 365 sharepoint.

    Enable voting on "Likes" in actual item screen even after clicking the items.


    ■Description(内容):
    現在カスタム リストへアクセスし、アイテム一覧画面にて、「いいね!」の操作が可能だが、アイテムをクリック後は、「いいね!の数」が表示され、「いいね!」の操作が出来ない。
    アイテムをクリック後でも、「いいね!」の操作が出来るよう、機能の実装を希望します。

    Currently, I recognize that "Likes" Posting is possible at Screen of the Item list of the first layer when accessing the Custom list. After that, the Number of Likes will be displayed automatically after clicking on the item and the user cannot click "Likes" from the pages.

    In order to improve usability, I hope the feature to be implemented that enables voting on "Likes" even after clicking the items. (in actual item screen)

  14. How come only "custom lists" shows up in the webpart "add list" to modern page?

    I have created a list based on task-list app and want to display this on a modern page, but only the lists made in "custom list app" shows. Why? Why doesn't all lists show?

  15. Add slider to Date Column Filter like Smart Filter

    In a list with a Datetime column, clicking the filter button gives you a handy slider control to filter by date, but if you click the Heading of the Datetime column and choose "Filter" that slider control is missing - it would be great to have it in both places.

  17. Filter view when SharePoint list item is not blank

    It is possible to create a list (or library) view where content of a column item is blank, but I haven't found a good way to create a filter when a list column item is not blank. Eg. I want to create a weekly project status report by using a SharePoint list, where we include "celebrations" as a multiple lines of text field. In this list I want to make a view where only those items where "celebrations" has text shows. Any good ideas how to do this, or make this functionality available? Please! :-)

    現時点の動作では、カスタムリストにおいてアイテムを作成時に変更した用語を選択して保存すると、用語セットの変更情報が反映するのに最大24時間を要する状況です。反映に時間を要する状態では、運用上問題が多いため、即時反映するよう早急な機能の改善を強く希望します。

    As a current behavior of the Custom list, we realized that it takes up to 24 hours to reflect the site when you change/select items in the term set and save it.

    Since updates are not immediately reflected, our business is greatly affected. Therefore, please improve the feature that enables immediately updating/reflecting after changing the term set.

  19. AutoCalculate TODAY

    It needs to be easier to calculate a date from TODAY. An example would be that I want to know how many days since an entry was created. Unless I go in and update the field everyday the field value will not change from day to day.

    After migrating from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, it appears that Calendar overlays across site collections is no longer available. Please make it available again.
