It would be beneficial for Powerusers to manage site provisioning process in a better way if we have a template in flow to create SharePoint sites without a group, rather going through PowerShell scripts and Azure functions.

It should be possible to drag and drop files and e-mails directly from Outlook to Share Point without having to store them temporary on the desktop or other folders.

Currently workflow and tasks are not supported in powerapps, if this can also be included, nothing like it.

When you copy (create a file and apply the contents of the original file) from one library to another with a flow the metadata will only follow for Office filetypes. This will need to work for all filetypes.

As an admin user, we need to be alerted and check workflow error immediately. However, instead of immediate prompt, we have to go to Workflow Info to see details. Implement the option for notification emails to be sent to admins when workflow error occurs. Or allow admin to get a complete list of workflow error log in admin center.

Verification of Invoices from Subsidiaries:

At present, Tradewinds verifies invoices from third parties, which are then re-charged to SIA.

Since Tradwewinds is a wholly-owned subsidiary, and has to perform all verification in line with Group policy, there should not be any further requirement to re-verify Tradewinds' invoices to SIA.

Tradewinds is also subject to Internal Audit review based on the same standards as SIA. As such, it is duplicate effort for SIA to re-verify invoices from subsidiaires.

We should change group policy to reflect this, in order to optimize our invoice verification processes.

Tried to automate an email to an external candidate for HR using one of the templates in Lists. You can't email an external user. This is a senseless design, what good is it if you can't automate. O365 is garbage when it comes to the Sharepoint design. It requires the email address to be manually registered in Azure. Again, this is senseless, who is going to go through this process just make an automation work on a List? The whole idea of automating is to increase productivity. Basically useless....
