More information about our services for our members on our website. Quick example: I just had a son and wanted to open a savings account for him. I do all of my banking with America First and I wanted primarily for my sons savings account to be here as well but I also was interested in the perks of child accounts and did a lot of research at different credit unions about their child or youth accounts. I came to the conclusion that Mountain America was my best option because of their youth savings program. I looked all over America Firsts website and couldn't find any info on related programs. It wasn't until I was hired on as an employee that I was able find out that there is a youth rewards program.

As an employee I know a lot more of the services that we can provide our members and I would love to see more transparency on our website so that members, current and future, can have as much information as they can about our products to do their own research before they come in and then have the ability to ask questions about products that they may have never known existed. Another example is that being a new employee it was mentioned in training about the Freedom Account. This account applies to my parents and I tried to look it up on the website for them to learn more about what this account means I couldn't find anything. It could be that I just don't know how to find this information but it would be nice for it to be easier to find.

Japanese characters within items of Content Web Part in Master Page Gallery are garbled

■Description(内容):
日本語で利用している SharePoint Online のサイト コレクションで以下の手順にて [Content Web Parts] 内のアイテムの日本語が文字化けする事象が発生することを確認しました。

1) 管理者権限を持つユーザーで設定を変更するサイト コレクションへアクセスします。
2) 画面右上の [歯車アイコン] から [サイトの設定] をクリックします。
3) "Web デザイナー ギャラリー" セクションから [マスター ページ] をクリックします。
4) [Display Templates] をクリックし展開します。
5) [Content Web Parts] をクリックし展開します。
6) 表示されるいずれかのファイルのファイル名右の [▼] から [プロパティの編集] をクリックします。
7) 編集は行わず、画面下部の [保存] をクリックします。
8) 作業を行ったファイルの ファイル名右の [▼] から [プロパティの表示] をクリックします。
9) "名前" と "説明" の日本語が文字化けします。

文字化けする以前のアイテムの文字列をペーストすることにより修正が可能であることを確認していますが、状況により複数のアイテムに対し修正の操作が必要となるため、本事象の改善を希望します。

At SharePoint Online site collection in Japanese environment, we are facing a problem that Japanese characters within items of Content web part are garbled when following steps below.

1> With admin right, access a site collection you want to change settings.
2> Click [Gear]> [Site Settings] at the top right of the screen.
3> Click [Master Page] from Web Designer Galleries.
4> Click [Display Templates] and deploy it.
5> Click [Content Web Parts] and deploy it.
6> Select any file and click [▼] at the right of file name, then click [edit properties].
7> Do not make any changes, just click [Save] at the bottom of the screen.
8> Select the file you selected at step 6, click [▼] at the right of file name, then click [View properties].
9> Now Japanese characters in “Name” and “Description” are garbled.

As a workaround, we can fix it by pasting the original strings of items, but it requires us to do same thing for all items. It might take time and effort, therefore, I hope this problem will be fixed.
