    In List multinline text field can store only 63,999 characters only. but on other hand ,in library multiline text field can store un-limited data. please make this functionality for list as well.

  2. Additional Title region options to support bilingual page headings

    To support the language of our indigenous Māori people we need bilingual page headings.

    We currently put English and Te Reo Māori side by side:

    Te arohanga Māori / Māori outcomes

    A more readable alternative would be to have them one above the other:

    Te arohanga Māori
    Māori outcomes

    It’s important that both headings have equal visual emphasis.

  3. Language change in SharePoint profile

    Provide a more straightforward way to change user language in SharePoint. Right now the user has to go to the Office profile > Update profile > find the “How can I change language and regional settings?“, etc... and then wait until the language change takes effect. As end user I would like to have a more handy and instant way to achieve this.

  4. Password Encrypted SharePoint Files

    When opening password encrypted files in SharePoint and making changes, once you click save in Word or Excel SharePoint then strips away the metadata and changes the location where the file was when you opened it.

    This then give you and error in Excel that the document no longer exist.

    Can this be fixed in SharePoint that it does not strip away metadata once you click save.

  5. Get a list of all users who liked a posted page on SharePoint Online

    ■Description(内容):
    現時点では、"いいね" を押したユーザーが、一定数を超えると「その他○○人」と表示されて、省略されてしまう。
    そのため、ページに対する明確な評価となる "いいね" の数及びユーザーの確認ができない。
    投稿内容の評価をするために "いいね" を押した全ユーザーを集計し一覧で確認できる機能拡充を希望します。

    At present, if the number of users who pressed “Like” goes over a certain value, “and x other users” is shown instead of a list.
    Therefore, you cannot check both the names and number of users who liked a page.
    In order to rate content of posts, please add a list of all users who liked a page.

  6. Change SharePoint Site Sub Domain

    requesting the ability to change
    https://domain1.sharepoint.com to
    https://domain2.sharepoint.com

    business needs will inevitably result in an organisation changing it's name during its lifetime (mergers, acquisitions, re branding etc)

    Migrating an entire organisation (likely to include Exchange, Skype, SharePoint and OneDrive data!!) to a new Tenancy is absolutely not a viable option.

  7. SharePoint Treeview filter of a Term Set

    It should be possible to set for each list or document library a default view (list view or tree view) for the filter pane.
    If there are to less items, it's not possible to switch between list view and tree view. Please keep in mind, that this not a porblem for the default view setting.

    If in the tree view a parent node is selected, child nodes should be automatically selected.

    After reopening the filter pane with the tree view, the selected items should be shown.

  8. News post notifications to author, not creator

    In our organisation, we often create news posts for others that do not have the rights to do so. We then set them as the Author of the news post.

    However, when others subsequently comment or "like" the news post, the email notification is sent to the creator and not the author.

    We would like to ability to change the notification behavior such that authors can be set up to receive the comment notifications.

  9. SPO Access Control Policies - Remove dependency between Global & Site level policies for unmanaged devices

    Currently in SharePoint Online we can configure the Global access control policy in the SPO Admin Center for full access, limited (web-only) access, or to block access. This setting applies to all SPO sites in the tenant.

    There is also a site level conditional access policy parameter that can be set on each SPO site. For example:

    -ConditionalAccessPolicy AllowFullAccess
    -ConditionalAccessPolicy AllowLimitedAccess

    The catch here is sites currently must be as restrictive as the Global Policy. This creates a problem if you want all your sites to have the Global limited access by default (no downloading of files) except for a…

    UI 変更により表示形式が変わったリストのアイテムの表示について、以前の表示レイアウトと新しいレイアウトを選択する機能の追加を要望します。
    リストの表示に併せてテキストを構成して運用していましたが、UI の変更に伴いそれらの表示が崩れて表示されるようになってしまいました。
    影響も大きいことから、標準機能として表示を選択できるよう機能拡充の早急な対応を希望します。

    Please allow us to choose between the new and old layout for the display of list items when display formats change due to UI updates.

  13. Add the possibility to select ''Title is Different from...'' in the filter options of the News Web part

    Adding the possibility to select the option: The title is different from ... in the News Web part, combined with another specific metadata filter, would allow us to show similar articles, without having to show the article they just read.

    Example : when publishing the economical Article #6, applying the option: The title is different from Article #6, and adding a metadata filter option to show all the economical articles...

    The News Web part would show all the economical articles excluding the Article #6 which the user had just read.

  15. Disable editing multiple items on a SharePoint List customized with PowerApps

    End users are able to edit and save multiple items in bulk, using the default form on the side pane, bypassing the business logic that is built within PowerApps.
    The request is to disable the Edit functionality or hide the Edit link when multiple items are selected in a SharePoint List customized with PowerApps.

  16. Create a File Request

    Need an option to send a file request to external partner. I'd like to build that into a Power Automate Flow.

    Same type of functionality as in OneDrive.

  17. Give option to disable shy header in modern pages

    The new shy header in modern pages looks good in OOTB pages, but if there are any customizations (e.g. with custom web part), especially at the top of the page, it cause scrolling issues....also if you have a back to the top button feature, it does not exactly scroll back up to the top. With an opt out/opt-in feature, if there are any customizations we can turn it off for a better UX.

  18. Save the data: SharePoint Online forms(dialog) customized with PowerApps

    Japanese follows English.

    Improvement on Sharepoint Online with PowerApps will contribute to many users as follows:

    We have customized a Custom list item view / edit screen of SPO(SharePointOnline) with PowerApps.

    (Normal behavior)
    Clicking item of "title hyperlink" from default list view, a customized dialog window comes up front.
    I change it to "edit mode" and can edit the item in the dialog window.

    (To be improved)
    However, when I click on the parent (list view) window behind the dialog, the dialog closes unexpectedly and the data I have edited disappear sadly without saved.
    (I need to re-open the dialog…

    現時点の製品の機能制限として、サイト アクティビティ Web パーツはシステムで自動的にアイテムを検知し、表示させているため、ユーザー側で任意でアイテムの表示/非表示を切り替えることができません。
    Web パーツ自体を非表示とすることなく、Web パーツ内で、任意でアイテムの表示/非表示をカスタマイズできるよう機能の実装を要望します。

    Currently, as a restriction of the product, the site activity web part system automatically detects items and displays them, so there is no way to selectively show/hide items from the user side.
    Please add a way to customize which items are shown/hidden in the web part, without hiding the part itself.
