  1. Language change in SharePoint profile

    Provide a more straightforward way to change user language in SharePoint. Right now the user has to go to the Office profile > Update profile > find the “How can I change language and regional settings?“, etc... and then wait until the language change takes effect. As end user I would like to have a more handy and instant way to achieve this.

  2. Add *.businesscentral.dynamics.com to content-security-policy in response header

    It would be great to have *.businesscentral.dynamics.com in content-security-policy in the response header when requesting files from a site.

    Current content-security-policy is frame-ancestors 'self' teams.microsoft.com .teams.microsoft.com .skype.com .teams.microsoft.us local.teams.office.com .powerapps.com .yammer.com .officeapps.live.com .stream.azure-test.net .microsoftstream.com;

    Please append *.businesscentral.dynamics.com to that already long list.

  3. Allow OneDrive Shortcuts without Files On Demand

    Give users the ability to choose between files on demand or online only access when adding shortcuts to libraries/folders in SharePoint online. The OneDrive app currently supports this and you can see all of your shortcuts in an online only manner without having to cache/sync anything.

  4. Internet Explorer 11 Warning

    Show a banner or pop up message for users who are still using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11 or older versions) that it will not be supported after August 16, 2021 as per the Microsoft announcement:

  5. Embed fillable Adobe pdf forms within SharePoint and integrate data

    We need to be able to embed fillable Adobe Pdf Forms on SharePoint sites.
    The forms need to be fillable directly from the browser (with JavaScript functionality).
    Save the files to document libraries on the SharePoint site - the files should remain as form files.
    Activate Flows to the files, to distribute them and to distribute any form data to whatever instance necessary (mail, Teams, ecc.)
    It should be possible to populate the "SharePoint document library columns" with the filled PDF form fields data and choose which fields to auto-populate.
    The forms shouldn't be possible to save on the computer.

  6. Allow watching a video at a different speed

    Just as Youtube and Microsoft Streams allow you to change the playback speed of a video, it would be useful if Sharepoint/OneDrive videos also allowed you to do that. I frequently watch meeting recordings at 2x speed and it would be difficult to catch up on missed meetings without this feature.

    The newly added SharePoint app bar can be disabled using a PowerShell cmdlet until October 2021 according to published information.

  12. Add support for Publishing Features in Modern UI

    Please add support for editing Publishing HTML and Publishing Columns in Modern UI

    We were earlier able to have lists in Modern UI and when editing the list objects Classic UI edit form was opened but since that function is now removed we would need support for editing Publishing columns in Modern UI.

    サイトの権限を管理するにあたり、記載や動作が煩雑なため、意図しない状況や動作となる場合があるため改善を希望します。
    "サイトの所有者" や "管理者" の表現や、サイト共有設定時の表現 (ファイル、フォルダー、およびサイトを共有できるのはサイトの所有者だけです。) など含まれる範囲がわかりにくいものがあります。

    When managing site permissions, the descriptions given and how they work are complicated, and since this leads to unintended consequences, please improve it.
    Expressions such as “Site owner” and “Administrator”, as well as terms used when setting up site sharing (‘Only site owners can share files, folders, and sites’) are difficult to understand.

    サイトを組織のニュース サイトに設定した場合の動作として、ニュース Web パーツ等に表示される際、サイト名の表記について強調表示として色が反転表示となり、またサイト名についても大文字に変換されて表示される。
    サイトの名称についてはオンプレミスの SharePoint 導入時から 17 年間変更せず、意図して利用してきた名称のため、大文字変換等の変更をせずに利用したい。
    組織のニュース サイトに設定した場合にもサイトの名称の文字列については変更せずに利用できるよう、機能の拡充を希望します。
