  1. Add support for Publishing Features in Modern UI

    Please add support for editing Publishing HTML and Publishing Columns in Modern UI

    We were earlier able to have lists in Modern UI and when editing the list objects Classic UI edit form was opened but since that function is now removed we would need support for editing Publishing columns in Modern UI.

    サイトの権限を管理するにあたり、記載や動作が煩雑なため、意図しない状況や動作となる場合があるため改善を希望します。
    "サイトの所有者" や "管理者" の表現や、サイト共有設定時の表現 (ファイル、フォルダー、およびサイトを共有できるのはサイトの所有者だけです。) など含まれる範囲がわかりにくいものがあります。

    When managing site permissions, the descriptions given and how they work are complicated, and since this leads to unintended consequences, please improve it.
    Expressions such as “Site owner” and “Administrator”, as well as terms used when setting up site sharing (‘Only site owners can share files, folders, and sites’) are difficult to understand.

    カスタマイズし、ナビゲーションの幅をユーザーが任意に広げる設定を行ったが、クラシック UI では、ナビゲーションとページの間の境界線が表示されていないため、ナビゲーションの幅をあわせづらい。
    そのため、クラシック UI でナビゲーションとページの間の境界線を表示させる機能の提供を希望します。

    I have used customization to allow the width of the navigation to be altered by the user, but under the classic UI, no border is displayed between navigation and the page, so it is difficult to make the width of navigation match up.
    Therefore, please add a way to display a border between the page and navigation.

    ■Description(内容):
    サイトを組織のニュース サイトに設定した場合の動作として、ニュース Web パーツ等に表示される際、サイト名の表記について強調表示として色が反転表示となり、またサイト名についても大文字に変換されて表示される。
    サイトの名称についてはオンプレミスの SharePoint 導入時から 17 年間変更せず、意図して利用してきた名称のため、大文字変換等の変更をせずに利用したい。
    組織のニュース サイトに設定した場合にもサイトの名称の文字列については変更せずに利用できるよう、機能の拡充を希望します。

    If you set a site as an organization news site, when displaying in a news web part etc. the site name is displayed in inverted colors as a highlighted display, and is made into all upper-case.
    The name of our site has not been changed in 17 years since the introduction of on-premises SharePoint, and was this way intentionally, so we want to be able to use it without it being capitalized etc.

    Dear SharePoint-Team, it would be great, if we could improve the versioning function of SharePoint. There are two roles of interest: authors & viewers. If I publish the major version 2.0, the viewers can see it. If I publish the minor version 2.1 only authors can see this minor version 2.1. The viewers will see only the major versions, in our example 2.0. If I countermand the major version 2.0, the authors will see the latest minor version and the viewers will see no document any more at all.   6. Enable permissions for specific columns within a list.

    It would be great to establish a list and maintain the list or site permissions as normal but when adding a specific field it can be permissioned. I.e., issue tracking, submitted by users, and then the resolution or outcome, work order notes, etc. can be limited down to those completing the work orders.

    モダン ページに、グループ化を 2 つ設定したビューのリストを Web パーツとして埋め込み、グループ化を展開した際、ビューの上部に表示される "リスト名 > 最優先する列 > 2 番目に優先する列" のリンク内の "最優先する列" のリンクが動作しない。
    該当リンクが正常に動作するように改善を希望します。

    If you embed two grouped view lists into a modern page as a web part and group them, the “Priority column” link in “List name – Priority column – Second priority column” at the top of the view does not work.
    Please fix this link so it works correctly.

    SharePoint モダン UI にてリストで複数行列 (拡張リッチテキスト) に画像を保存したあと、リスト一覧に戻ると保存した画像が表示されない。
    クラシック UI から保存した画像はリスト一覧に戻ると画像が表示される。
    クラシック UI に変更することなくモダン UI で画像を表示できるようにしてほしい。

    If you save an image to a multi-row (expanded rich text) column in a list, in the SharePoint modern UI, when you return to the entire list the image is not displayed.
    If you go back to it having saved it from the classic UI then it is shown correctly.
    Please make it possible to have these show without requiring you to switch to the classic UI.

    しかし、イベント Web パーツ (日時範囲 : すべての今後のイベント) に日時を "終日" としたイベントは、現在、サイト コレクションで設定しているタイムゾーンに沿って動作せずに、[(UTC) 協定世界時] で動作する。
    例として、サイトのタイムゾーンを [(UTC+9:00) 大阪、札幌、東京] で設定していても、イベント Web パーツ (日時範囲 : すべての今後のイベント) に日時を "終日" としたイベントは、日本時間の翌日午前 9 時までイベント Web パーツ内に表示されている。

  17. Enable Dynamic filtering with Connected Lists to use more than one filter

    The Dynamic Filter option for connected list web parts works pretty well, but it has only ONE other list to filter by. It would be even more useful if it could connect to multiple other lists, e.g. an alphabetic index filter AND/OR a category-based filter either singly (OR Option) or in combination (AND option).

    The OR option would take the first filter to have an item selected;
    The AND option would take all filters where an item is selected to provide refiners for the primary/first filter satisfied.

    ■Description(内容):
    ドキュメント ライブラリ等は列の幅を調整できるが、サイト コンテンツの列幅は調整できない。そのため、コンテンツ名が長い場合にすべてが表示されず、例えば類似したコンテンツが複数あった場合に区別がつかなくなる。回避策として、列幅の調整機能を用意して欲しい。
    While it is possible to adjust the width of columns in document libraries etc. you cannot do this for site contents. This means that if content names are very long, they cannot be displayed in their entirety, and so if there are several content items which are similar, it becomes very hard to know which is which.
    Please make it possible to adjust column and row sizes to avoid these issues.

    We get a lot of inquiries from end users about the “Return to classic” button that is shown when using the modern UI.

  20. Refresh file viewer web part in Spaces when linked document is modified

    Files (e.g. a 1 page PowerPoint file) displayed by the File Viewer web part in SharePoint Space won’t be updated when the file is modified. It keeps showing the old version unless you clear the entire browser history or use a private window. It would be great if File Viewer web parts were to be refreshed automatically when their files are modified. This issue seems to be caused by the local cache file of SharePoint Space that won’t be automatically updated.
