  2. show images in blog posts from Sharepoint online

    When a post is created with images (uploaded or referenced), they cannot be seen from the email of the post in Outlook or OWA - they just appears as missing images. An inspection of the email doe snot reference the full path to the images.... can this be corrected? This has been an issue for years - 2015 + with MS saying this is an "expected result" - how and why would this be an exceptable result?

  3. Allow Sharing Sharepoint Sites by code like Sharing for Folders/Files

    Allow sharing of Sites similar to sharing of Files and Documents - by link with a code they receive on their email.

  4. Floating Format Text Menu Should Be Docked

    Even though I highlight some text, the floating Format Text menu does not always show up. I have to fuss around with highlighting other areas of text for it to show up. The menu should be docked in a consistant location. In addition, having to chase the menu all over the page, a single location would be much more efficient (muscle memory).

  5. Constant , Anchored Publish Button

    It would be great if the Edit and Publish / Republish button were in separate, constant locations. I will edit a page, perhaps Save as Draft, and the Republish button will disappear (replaced by Edit). Having the buttons switch back and forth causes me to have to take the extra step and time to refresh the page just to use the Republish button. It's inefficient and frustrating.

  6. Open PP show as a show in SharePoint

    We NEED to be able to place .ppsx documents in a SharePoint site documents folder and have other users visiting that site open the file as a show and not in edit mode. This is a huge pitfall in SharePoint!!!

  7. Assign users different permission to post news depending on the news content

    I would like to set the news type and assign specific users who can post them depending on the news type when posting news in SPO.
    For example, we create two news types, announcement and notification, and assign User A a permission to post the announcement news and User B to post the notification.

  8. Optionally select to publish news immediately or to need approval before publishing depending on the news content

    Implement a feature to create a configuration to publish news immediately or to require approval before publishing it depending on the news content when you post news in SPO.

  9. Allow site admin to limit number of news posts shown in News web part

    I was surprised when I revisited the News web part and realized I can't set a limit on the number of items to show--e.g., 1 or 2. I have a scenario where I just want to show the one latest item in a news digest. Can't do it. Please enable this, and also a shout-out to this one:

    OneNote を共同編集する際、同時接続可能なユーザー数を明示する公開情報がほしい。顧客へ、OneNote の共同編集する際の注意点や、同期時のパフォーマンス低下した際の説明をする際に、顧客を理解させるだけの材料が少なすぎるため、公開を希望します。具体的に、どれくらいのユーザーが同時に編集可能であるか、同時に閲覧するユーザー数のしきい値がどこまでに設定されているかを公開情報にしてほしい。
    I would like public information to be made available that identifies how many concurrent users can connect when co-editing on OneNote. There is too little information to help customers to understand when explaining co-editing or poor performance during synchronization. I would like specifically to make the public information about how many users can edit OneNote at the same time and what the threshold is for the number of the users that can view something simultaneously.

  11. Deleting private channels

    アイテム保持ポリシーが適用されている場合、Microsoft Teams のプライベート チャネルが削除できない。 回避策がプライベート チャネルの非表示にするか、アイテム保持ポリシーを無効化しかないため、アイテム保持ポリシーを有効にしたままプライベート チャネルを削除できるよう機能改善を希望。
    If an item retention policy is applied, Microsoft Teams private channels cannot be deleted. Since the only workarounds are to hide the channel, or to disable the item retention policy, I would like the ability to delete private channels with the item retention policy still in place.

    情報管理ポリシー タイマー ジョブでは、詳細な設定や動作の指定が行えない。
    有効期間内のみアイテムを公開する機能があれば、公開開始と公開終了の工程管理の負担が減る。
    公開終了時に、"ごみ箱へ移動" など処理を選択できれば望ましい。
    We are currently unable to configure advanced settings and behaviors for Information Management Policy Timer Jobs. If there is such function that can publish the items for a given period, it would reduce the workload involved in publishing and removing items.
    Therefore, I would like to be able to select processing options such as [Move to Recycle bin] for when the designated publish period ends.

    I saw we can change the site url address right now easily. But it will be perfect if we can also edit the publishing site collection url in the future!

  14. Approval flow for Wiki-Site lists (Microsoft Flows)

    Currently, approval flows can only be used for normal websites on Sharepoint. We would like to create an approval flow for Wiki-Websites (if changes are made or new sites are created). Right now it only works with workflows which is not user friendly and unflexible. Thanks!

  15. check in

    Why not add a button to cancel check out (next to publish), instead of cancel extraction by the site contenu, to cancel modifications (for a page for example) ?

  16. To provide features to restrict certain updates to modern pages created from a page template

    Like classic SharePoint publishing pages, it would be good to include possibility to restrict updates to the section layout and web part properties of a modern page created from a page templates.

    The need is to allow lock down of advanced editing features like add / remove sections, add / remove web parts, change placement of web parts on such modern pages and help mimic features of the classic publishing layout.

    The business case driving this change is to bring uniformity to page content created from specific page templates.

  17. Device Targeting

    Please add Device targeting to Webparts like Quicklinks or Call to action (similar to audience targeting). For example, certain links in the Quicklinks Web Part are only displayed on the PC, other links are only displayed on an Android smartphone.

  18. Automate check in or discard changes, when a translation is created.

    Discard check out, after a translation have been created should be automated
    When you will translate a specific page, the master page is automatically checked out to copy the text and translate it into the selected language. But when the new page is saved the users often forget to check in or Discard the check out. This means that the original owner is not able to do any changes.
    Really bad, when the translators are sitting around the world and not necesarily have the same working hours.

  20. Reinstate Deleted Content types to the Content Type Hub

    I have been caught out working with content type hubs for the first time and after researching, it seems I'm not the only one. I have deleted content types from the content type hub without "Unpublishing" them. I now have a bunch of content types that are orphaned in my subscriber sites and I don't know how to use PowerShell to fix the issue.

    Can you please provide a button against custom content types at the subscriber site level that will basically re-establish the deleted content type back in the hub. This will allow the newer users to fix the…
