  1. Add Sharepoint to M365 Personal and Home subscriptions

    Sharepoint should be added to Personal and Home Microsoft 365 subscriptions to allow these users to be able to use Lists.

    While it is possible to add a user column to a list and register a security group, clicking on the security group does not show the members within that group.
    Please add a way to show the members of a security group in a list.

  3. Allow the use of more than 10 filters in Classic UI lists

    [リストの設定] から ビューを作成、変更する際、フィルターが10件を超えると追加できないため、クラシック UI では 10 件以上のフィルターを設定できない。そのため、クラシック UI でも 10 件以上フィルター設定できるように機能拡充を希望します。

    When creating or editing a view from “List settings”, no further filters can be added after the tenth in the Classic UI. Please improve this so that more than 10 filters can be used, even in the Classic UI.

  4. Allow display names or labels for modern SharePoint List columns

    Please enable an additional field on the modern SharePoint List column definition to allow for a display name or label to be added for a column.

    This will enable user-friendly column names with spaces to be used in views while conforming to the "CamelText" standard for column names when they are referenced in PowerAutomate flow scripts.

  5. Batch edit permissions for list items

    There's a third-party tool specifically for editing the permissions of multiple list items at once: http://www.boostsolutions.com/batchpermission.html I'd love to see this functionality be included in SharePoint. This would be a huge help for me and my business as we design custom list-based solutions for clients.

    On Modern UI, we can show and hide some column items, and save these settings as "View" on "List".

    And if you click an item, "Form" view appear from right side.
    We can also show and hide some column items, but we cannot save these settings as "View" on "Form".
    List have only one "Form" column items setting now.

  7. Enable to Print Gantt Chart or view Gantt Chart in focus view

    There is not a way to print just the Gantt Chart in its entirety or view only the Gantt Chart in its entirety. This is a very useful tool for project management team to have on a wall or project team space for visual reminders.

  8. Please add the SUBSTITUTE() function for calculated fields

    The current calculated field functions don't allow for the simple removal or substitution of character strings within a larger text field, e.g. removal of embedded spaces in a target string. TRIM() works well for leading/trailing spaces, but there is currently NO simple, useable solution for embedded spaces, or the replacement of other characters where the position is not known in the string. The equivalent in JSON would be a regex.replace()

    Please enable the EXCEL function SUBSTITUTE() for calculated fields, as SUBSTITUTE(<target field>,<replace target text>,<replace with text>)

    e.g. SUBSTITUTE([Text String]," ","") would replace all occurrences of space in the field with…

    ファイルのアップロードなどが従来の環境に戻さないとできないため、リストに対する権限が閲覧であっても、フォルダーやアイテムに対して投稿以上の権限がある場合は [従来の環境に戻る] をクリックできるようにしてほしい

  10. Allow us to use the existing public view format when creating my view

    It would be great if the existing public view format could be inherited to the personal view when we create the view from the existing view. I can create the personal view which is inherited the existing settings but the format.

  12. Tagging list items

    Currently, there is no feature to tag important list items and sort them in SharePoint Online List.
    We would like you to implement the feature so that we would be able to check lists soon and improve in efficiency when each user could tag the list items or there are many lists.

    For multi-line text columns in custom lists, even though images can be inserted, it is not possible to directly paste in copied image data (screenshots) from the clipboard.

  15. People Picker to retain and not block terminated employees

    I have a list where i need to tag items with employee name and the people picker is the best solution to show employee names. I need to retain that information indefinitely regardless if the employee is active, inactive, or long ago terminated and removed from the system for history purposes.

  16. Moving Rows in Sharepoint Online

    I would like the ability to move the position of a list item row just like you can move the order of how the columns appear.

    We use lists and sometimes we want to change the order the information in the row is displayed however you can not move the items without having to do sorts on a column which isn't always the best way to be able to action this I would like to just move the row.   17. Should be able to use recurring event individual items' fields (e.g. start time, end time) in calculated column

    Currently, if you use a recurring event's field like Start time in calculated column, it is using the main event's start time so it is treated as 1 item. In other word, Start time = Start time of the first event and End time = End time of the last event. We want to be able to use the start time of the individual item created by the recurring event instead.

  18. Create and Automatically Sync a SharePoint List from an SQL Table

    I know there are ways of achieving this with Power Automate etc. However just like the functionality to create list from Excel document, it would be great to create a list from and SQL Table connection, this would also stay synced.

  20. Add Phone Number to column type.

    (000) 000-0000 <- Make this a thing.

    I'm on my second day trying to figure out how to add a phone number column to a list. Does that sentence even make sense in 2020? Does it make any sense that Microsoft can't include a phone number in a database list? I feel incredibly embarrassed and stupid for having to post this.
