  1. Ability to open Quick Links items in new tab

I'd like the ability to specify whether items using the Quick Links app open in a new tab or not.

  2. Content Search Webpart with targeting audience property, in Modern View

The actual Content Search Webpart with targeting audience property is not available for Modern View pages.
This is a great web part functionality that should be preserved in the modern view, is very useful in several item segmentation scenarios.

  3. Quick Links should allow mailto and respect query string parameters

The quick links web part does not allow mailto protocol based links, and when linking to a document if I have web=0 in the url to force a document to open in the client application, the link is overwritten to also include a web=1. If a parameter exists in a url, the web part should not attempt to overwrite/append it.
