I have the need to overlay our support calendar with our sharepoint calendar as this controls a lot of support activities that need to be visible to all staff on our sharepoint homepage.
Another vote for this as it would be a massive benefit to us. -

I work for EY Belgium. EY is in the middle of O365 sites upgrade migrations. It used to work perfectly with the old sites. This is a feature I implemented on all the sites for the different Departments. On the SharePoint sites we have shared Calendars for Training, Leaves, Teammeetings, ... combined with an overlay shared Belgium Networking Calendar and the overlay personal Exchanged Calender this is the perfected planning tool. I cannot believe this will not be supported any longer!!!!! How will I explain this to ower users. Please provide this excellent function again!

Another vote for adding exchange calendars in a SharePoint calendar overlay. And adding the ability to add a public folder calendar in an overlay....A shared public calendar on a shared intranet page just makes sense...

Yes, I agree this feature would add value and we have many departments now in SharePoint online waiting for this ability. In addition, it should work if the option is there in the UI.
Microsoft, please include this functionality.

Definitely something missing. On Prem is all well and good but honestly O365 should come first with all integrations. It's a combined product offering, if everything is inside O365 then it should be able to talk together.
Displaying a calendar to a SharePoint page would be super helpful, but we're all O365 so if it can't read from that, whats the point?
Thanks!

Please fix or remove the option or Note that it can't be used for 0365 Exchange Accounts. Ideally fix the issue, I'd love to use it. My customer requires this.

Calendar overlay option for Exchange in UI should be removed if the feature doesn't work.

Please resolve this broken feature. Only allowing the currently logged in user to view their own calendar is truly not helpful.

We are using in Office365 E3 plan, thinking that getting everything from one place (Office365) would allow for much better collaboration. But now I found out that I cannot overlay calendars from my Exchange to my SharePoint, just because both are at Microsofts hands?
Please, get this fixed soon -

This is a constant requirement of business managers. If Microsoft are not going to fix this problem in SharePoint online, then they should remove the option within settings to connect to Exchange calendars. The business needs to be able to use calendars in this way and it is annoying that MS seem to keep adding new features without first sorting out what the business is asking for.
