Change the ‘Site Contents’ page
The ‘Site Contents’ page (_layouts/15/viewlsts.aspx) is not user friendly when you have a lot of lists and apps. Make subdivisions for libraries, lists, apps,… like SharePoint 2010. Also remove the tiles. It is too overwhelming.

I agree with Steve - the analytics section is too big. This should be on a separate tab, as most of the time, people are going to this page to get to - of course - Site Contents.

Feedback on the refreshed page - the top 3 items are TOO LARGE! These items: Site Visits, Trending Content, Tips. Between those tiles and the header section, more than 1/2 of the screen is taken up, leaving small text for the actual contents of the Site Contents page. If you could reduce those 3 items by 50%, that should improve things.
