Allow changing the width of columns when adding sections to a Modern Page
Looks like you can't change columns' width when creating a new section in a Modern Page. Being able to chage it would be very useful. My classic page, for example, has a section containing 3 columns, where the first and last ones have their width set to 25%, while the central one has width set to 50%. In Modern Pages, I can only have 3 columns with the same width, 33% in this case.

Thanks you for the suggestion. We’ve discussed adding additional column layout options (e.g. 4 columns, the specific example provided by the initial suggester 25/50/25, etc.) If we wanted to keep pages consistent (so there aren’t 50 layouts), but allow additional flexibility, what would be the next three layout choices you’d add? Thanks!

I think more options would be helpful if you are unable to allow column adjustments. If you could borrow from the Hero app and allow several options for alternate layouts could be useful and visually appealing.

Allow users to change layout size width PLEASE!! We are converting users to Microsoft Edge and there are issue with using the classic view and opening documents which are resolved by using the modern view so please bump this up in the priority list!

A 4-column layout would be incredibly helpful! Ideally, we would want to showcase images with content beneath in each column. Thanks!

Someone mentioned these before but im going to bump agian!
Allow full width responsiveness (essential as we are using more and more hi-res/4k devices - surface pros/ ultra wide or 4k monitors)
Allow section/nesting. This to my mind would solve the multiple layout requests and give power back to the admins. -

Allow user/admin to change layout size very surprised this isn't standard.

Column heading wrapping is not available and users are complaining about the truncated column headings. This actually encourages users not to use the modern sharepoint.

I would also like to see nested sections. So I could theoretically put a two column section into one of the 3 column sections. Or add a 3 column section to a two column section.

I'd like to see the full width option (for the real estate!), and also a 4x equal columns layout - when using image-based "buttons" I'd like to have 4 across the page to help minimise scroll depth.

Two layouts to add:
1. 4 Column layout
2. 25-50-25 layout
And the option to use more web parts in the full width column. -

If you are unable to provide what @Steven Jackson is proposing, I would like the ability to create my own columns with sizes.

Understand the requirement of consistency. More standardized options rather than customization.
1. Vertical sections on each side
2. 4 columns
3. 5 columns
4. 25/50/25 -

I really want less header/side wasted space. It would be really nice to have 4 columns with the various layouts described and ability to expand them to be the full page size. Thank you.
