Make Modified column a Time/Date stamp
provide page customization like font size or word wrap in a column so long file names can be read in their entirety.
restore the highly efficient date/time stamp for the "Modified" column and allow escape from the mushy counter-productive "Modified" text messages like "A few seconds ago" which is not only useless but inaccurate after a few minutes because the field does not update promptly.

I agree - use date/time stamp for the reasons stated.
In addition please ensure ALL reported time is CONSISTENT and CORRECT so that a User views all time correct for their local timezone setting.
Current time issues ("By Design" according to Support):
1. I am in UTC+12. I upload a document to a site that is correctly set to a timezone 2 hours behind my current location (UTC+10), the "Modified" column in the Library correctly shows "A few seconds ago" but incorrectly "2 hours ago" in the Information popout.
2. I Edit a site, I Publish the site. The "Published" date correctly shows the current date, I refresh the page the "Published" date incorrectly shows TOMORROW'S date. Will I be able to trust timestamps on audit logs?
