Making Copying/Moving files easier
Making Copying/Moving files easier: It would make our lives easier if the active folder was available when trying to copy/move a file on Sharepoint online, to avoide having to go down the full path of sub-folders.
Indeed, basic file and folder interactions (copying and moving) should be made much easier. I prefer just the basic CTRL+C, CTRL+V operations. Being able to choose 'the current folder' option in the Copy/Move dialogs should also help in the short term and prevent people traversing enormously deep paths.

To expand on this, we have lots of teams who use the workflow of copying the January report as the basis of the February report. On our internal file shares they used to open Jan, make some changes and then Save As Feb.
In SharePoint they're getting caught out by AutoSave when they do that, and the Jan report file is getting changes they intended to only save into the Feb copy. We're also seeing some issues with the Save As dialog in Excel having a shorter maximum path length than just a normal Save. To get around these issues we're trying to train staff to take a copy of the Jan file *first*, rename it to Feb, then open it and work on it.
On a file share, selecting the file and hitting Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V is quick and easy. If they have the Document Library sync'd by OneDrive on their PC, they can still do that. If they're trying to use the SharePoint web interface, they need to use the Copy To action in the document library wizard. That broadly works, but if the file they're trying to copy is six folders deep they need to Copy to > Current Library and then navigate through all the intermediate folders to have the copy created in the right place.
I'd really love to see the "Choose a destination" menu for Copy To be expanded so that along side Your OneDrive and Current Library there was a Current Folder option. That would really help getting staff to adopt the SharePoint web interface for day to day file management.
