Let SharePoint/OneDrive admins customize user deletion/file retention email
Currently, it is not possible to customize or change the notification email sent to managers when a user's OneDrive site will be deleted. This message should be customizable to accommodate different company needs, governance, legal requirements, etc.
Please give tenant SharePoint admins the permission to customize this email notification.
The existing format is not conducive to express to the recipient why they are receiving the notification. There are instances that managers who are owning departed employees SharePoint accounts receive notice that "their" AD account is deleted yet the embedded link in the notification is for the terminated employee's account. Most end users do not read the link to see who's account is being impacted rather they react to the non-technical statement in the email.

This really needs to be customizable as some organizations (such as ours) don't have the bandwidth for reassigning owners or re-setting the time each time an employee leaves the org.
Our policy is to NOT entertain ownership changes or time limit changes.
We (also) have problems that our tenant has originally been provisioned in a wrong language that cannot be changed. So the emails are sent out in a wrong language (no english). Allowing us to control the email text could fix this.
