Replace the term "delete unique permissions" with "inherit permissions from parent"
We find that many users do not understand the term "delete unique permissions". As result, many sites with carefully constructed unique permissions have inadvertently inherited the parent permissions. This has caused lots of support questions (reinstalling the owners permissions) and rework for the site owners, while no change log, undo option or version history is available.
Replacing this term with "inherit permissions from parent" might make it easier for people to understand what they are doing.
(And trust me, this warning is all over our training materials and users still make this mistake)

Also, Would like to highlight to MS that if a inheritance is broken on a list, library or page level. The existing permissions should be removed from the permissions page automatically.

The possition of icon for inheritance causes same problem. Mistake causes significant problems. There is another way to solve this issue - move the inheritance setting to the "Manage" area.
