Connect to Outlook oprion in New Experience Document Libraries
In Classic experience Document Libraries there is the option to 'Connect to Outlook', this is used when connecting Document Libraries to third party email solutions such as Repstor.
Is there any expectation that 'Connect to Outlook' will be added to the New Experience Document Libraries?

This is actually inaccurate. People can still choose to connect their outlook to the document library with the ribbon enabled.
