Migrate site contents between SharePoint Online sites

発行インフラストラクチャ機能を有効にするとサイト テンプレートの作成が制御されます。
サイト内のライブラリやリストなどのコンテンツの構成を保持し別サイトに移行する機能を、発行インフラストラクチャ機能有無に関わらず実行できるような機能の拡充を要望します。

SharePoint Online restrict users from use of site templates when the publishing infrastructure feature is activated. For improvement of usability and manageability, allow users to move between SharePoint Online sites, keeping same contents settings (i.e. library, lists) regardless of publishing infrastructure feature activation.
