Enable downloading list attachment files directly regardless the file extensions.

■Description(内容):
リストに添付したファイルの拡張子により、Office Online 上で開けず Office クライアントで開いてから [名前を付けて保存] をする必要があるため、工数がかかってしまう。
ファイルの拡張子に関わらず、[添付ファイル名で右クリック] - [対象をファイルに保存] (IE11の場合) で Office ファイルをダウンロードできるようにしてほしい。

たとえば、以下の拡張子が Office クライアントで開いてから [名前を付けて保存] をする必要がある
・xlsm
・xlsb

We are aware that some file extension types (i.e. xlsm/ xlsb) cannot be opened on Office Online when we try to open attachment files on Lists. It requires us to open the attachments via Office Client first and click [Save As] button.

For reducing workloads, we would like to be able to download attachment files by simply clicking [Right-click on attachment file name]-[ Save target to File] (when using IE11) regardless the file extension types.
