Redirection error

リストにおいて、以下の条件下でユーザーのリンクをクリックするとエラーが表示され、Delve の画面に遷移しない動作について、改善を要望します。
1. "ユーザーまたはグループ" 列にユーザーを入力
2. 列の詳細設定にて、"複数選択できるようにする" を [はい] にする
3. クラシック 表示 (旧 UI) にて ビューのスタイルを [ボックス] にする
表示されるエラー
申し訳ございません。何らかの問題が発生しました。
＜URL＞ にはアイテムが存在しません。他のユーザーによって削除されたか、名前が変更された可能性があります。
ビューのスタイルが既定である場合、または "複数選択できるようにする" が [いいえ] となっている場合は、エラーが表示される、ユーザーの Delve 画面に遷移する。

Got redirection error (Error message: Something went wrong. There are no items in <url>. It may have been deleted by someone else, or it might have been renamed)
when type users in Person or Groups> check Yes for Allow multiple selections in Additional Column Settings>pick Box in view style Box in classic UI. Clicking user links in the list redirecting to the wrong page, not redirecting to Delve as expected.
If we have the choice field with multiple selection disabled, or if the view style stays default, it actually redirects to Delve. For improvement of usability and manageability, verify the issue and fix it as soon as possible.
