Enable changing the size of letters in the Modern UI

■Description(内容):
モダン UI のドキュメント ライブラリの文字サイズを任意に変更する機能を標準で実装してほしい。
運用背景 : ブラウザーの拡大縮小機能では、サイト名やサイド リンク バーまで拡大縮小となるため、ライブラリ内のアイテムを表示する箇所のみのサイズ変更を行いたい。

We hope the feature will be implemented that allows users to change the letter size of document libraries in the Modern UI freely.

Background:
If we use the scaling feature for browsers, site name and Quick Launch will be scaled up and down unintendedly. It will be nice if we could change only the letter size of items in libraries.
