This is havoc. Adobe says they are partners, but they can't serve us until they are able to integrate within sharepoint. I have tried to use the adobe sign connector and set up an overly complicated time sucking power automate flow but that doesn't work. The emails come from external and in gov that means you don't get any off the flashy embedded html and images..the email is completely broken and advertises that anyone can open in AdobeSign...which again is not permitted in government....SO if you are serving gov you have to do better. It's not Adobe's fault as I see it. You guys got let them have a plugin that actually works within. Also the adobeconnector forces upload of your doc and you loose all your form fields also! It also doesn't have digital signatures...whis is REQUIRED in gove.... so it is constantly forcing you to use adobe world and abandon MS365 for all your work...all because Sharepoint isn't saving/displaying interactive PDF info!
