Increase the default file size limitation of attachments for Custom Lists

■Description(内容):
SharePoint Online カスタムリストに添付可能なファイル サイズは既定で 250 MB までとなっていますが、
1.5 GB 程度のファイルを添付したいと考えています。
運用上の関係で、複数行テキストの挿入は、採用が難しいという背景があります。
そのため、カスタムリストの添付ファイルとして、大きなサイズのファイルを添付できるように機能拡充を希望します。

For improvement of usability, we hope you to increase the limitation of file size from 250MB when attaching them so that we can attach the files about 1.5GB. In our operation, it is hard to to insert those files into multi-lines of text columns.
