Enable fixing the default list view in the Modern UI to [compression mode]

■Description(内容):
モダン UI のリスト ビューの表示モードに [圧縮モード] があるが、既定の表示モードを [圧縮モード] に固定する機能の実装を要望します。
※ 背景 : 現時点でヘッダー領域の範囲が広いため、コンテンツ エリアでリストを表示する際にファースト ビューで見られるアイテム数を増やしたい

We would like to be able to select the [compression mode] as the default view mode of Lists in the Modern UI.
*Background: Currently the Header Area is too wide. It will be great if we could more items at the first view when displaying lists in the Content Area.
