Option to open SharePoint List hyperlinks in a new tab
It would be very useful when working with a SharePoint list to have the option to right-click a hyperlinked field and open the target in a new tab without losing my place in the current list view.

This function is quiet useful and well adopted by many SharePoint users and organizations that uses SharePoint. However, with the recent adoption of Edge Chromium - this function no longer works; which has caused a quantitative issue to; not only users but our organization to work efficiently. We notice holding Ctrl + Left Click in a list link. It no longer opens in a new tab or windows like prior usage in IE. This should still be so in a newer browser - if Microsoft is hoping to promote Edge as the new standard browser. Legacy support option? Come on Microsoft.... don't set yourself up for failure on details!
