Share and collaborate
I currently manage a learning two learning libraries on IBM notes. Can we gradually import our accredited library to SharePoint with the purpose of sharing teaching and learning resources with our partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Accell? It would be great to provide Accell with full access to the accredited training and assessment material our trainers use. As far as regulatory compliance is concerned we state that Accell are involved in our training and assessment practices...and they are...but it's a bit clunky. If we could share our accredited training resources with them it would cut out a lot of incidental work. What do you think? Then perhaps we could import our non-accredited training resources so the business and projects have full visibility of how we can support them. Currently only a few key people from plant have access to our non-accredited training and assessment material. It would be great to extend this view and set ourselves up to respond to business and project training and assessment needs more efficiently. Ok...one more idea (apologies for my excitement as I did this kind of work for the Victorian government in a previous role..sharing teaching and learning resources for Biosecurity Authorised Officers across the state). My final idea for now is to set up a live Consultation page where a plan for resource development is collaboratively actioned. This is how we developed the ALC material across multiple business units...except we used a Consultation folder on the W drive. Within this folder we managed feedback from key stakeholders, housed meeting minutes and actioned a plan. It was very challenging and rewarding and we made significant progress.
