In a modern team site, if a user wants to add a few "classic" web part pages, they need to "publish" them before users are able to access the pages.

If I create a web part page in a classic team site I do not have to "publish" the page before its available to my users.

The frustrating thing is, we do not have the ability to "publish" right from the web part page itself (i.e. we have to go into the site page library where the page was saved, select it, click the ellipsis the go to advanced/publish).

My suggestion is to either 1) remove the need to 'publish' these web part pages on modern site collections before they are available to use, or 2) add a "publish" button to the classic web part page (i.e. like how it is in a classic wiki page).
