Windows 8.1 IE 11 で SharePoint Online ページをモダン表示にした場合の、ドキュメント ライブラリ Web パーツにて、"リンクをコピー" が正常に動作しない点について

“Copy Link” doesn’t work properly on a Document Library web part in Modern view on Windows 8.1 IE 11

■Description(内容):
Windows 8.1 IE 11 で SharePoint Online ページをモダン表示にした場合の、ドキュメント ライブラリ Web パーツにて、"リンクをコピー" が正常に動作しない。
本動作は、ページのレイアウトを 3 段組みにした場合に、3 段中のどれかにドキュメント ライブラリ Web パーツを追加すると、UI 上の都合か、[…] が Web パーツ左上から非表示となり、アイテム選択後の右クリック＞リンクをコピーをしても リンクをコピーするためのウインドウも表示されません。
わざわざ元のライブラリへアクセスする手間が発生するため、改善希望です。

We would like to inform you a problem that the “Copy Link” doesn’t work properly on a Document Library web part in Modern view on Windows 8.1 IE 11.
This behavior mentioned above is observed when we have 3 big columns arranged vertically in a page and add a Document Library web part to any of 3 columns. when we do this, […] will be hidden from the tope left of the web part. Also, even if we select an item and right click on it, the window to copy the link won’t be shown. Eventually we need to access the original source library and it takes time and effort.

For improvement of efficiency, we hope this problem will be fixed so that users will be able to use “Copy Link” in the Modern UI.
