現在、記憶域の警戒レベルを超えた際の通知メールが送信されるタイミングが、週一回のタイマージョブが実行されたタイミングとなっている。
この動作では、サイト コレクションの記憶域が警戒レベルを超えたと認識するまでに時間がかかってしまう。
記憶域の警戒レベルを超えた場合に即時通知メールが送信されるように機能の改善を要望します。

We would like to have notification mail immediately when site storage limit is exceeded.

The notification will be sent once a week which is set in timer job with current design, but it takes a time to understand the limit is exceeded.
