■Title(件名):
バージョン履歴の保存数について
Allow setting the number of versions which is to be stored in version history below 100
■Description(内容):
バージョン履歴で保存されるバージョンの数が、最低で 100 に変わっている。以前は 5 などを指定できたのにできなくなり、容量を圧迫し困っているので、以前のように保存するバージョンの数を 100 以下に設定できるようにして欲しい。
In the version history, the number of versions users can store has changed to at least 100 versions. Previously we were able to specify the number of versions below 100, like 5, but we can’t do it anymore. It is quite inconvenient for us because it uses more space than before.
For improvement of usability, allow us to set the number of versions to be stored below 100.
Thank you for your consideration.

The background that the number of versions to be saved cannot be set to 100 or less and the background that the version history cannot be invalidated should be described as public information.

Can only agree with this suggesting. It makes no sense to store 100 versions of a file which can be 100MB when it is not needed, especially for archived files. They are essentially taking up 100x the storage space actually required.

It would also be great if we could do this change for all the accounts, bulk mode.
