SharePoint Online の保持ポリシーについて

Enable archive site contents

SharePoint Online のアイテム保持ポリシーを有効化した場合、サイトを削除することができず、一時的に保持ポリシーの除外設定を行うなどし、サイトを削除する必要がある。
また、サイトを削除した段階でサイト内のコンテンツの保持が無効となる。
Exchange Online のアイテム保持ポリシーのように、ユーザーによるサイトの削除は許容し、裏でアーカイブを取り続けるなど、動作を統一してほしい。

When list item retention policy is on, we cannot directly delete a site so what we do is we usually turn off retention policy temporarily so that we can delete it. Off course as a result, all the contents will also be deleted, unable to retain. Provide ability to delete a site but able to archive the contents, just like how Exchange Online retention policy works.
