Make Metadata columns visible in Windows Explorer
The ability to display metadata columns in Windows Explorer would provide benefits for bulk uploading; accuracy and drive user adoption. Please consider this implementing this functionality.
This applies also to syncing with macOS Finder.
Guys, there's another suggestion with the same purpose, could you vote there?

The performance of working with library files and being able to open them and add metadata information is slow within SharePoint. It is much easier at times to work in file explorer/onedrive to manipulate files and update meta data, especially if you have to open files. For example, I have a bunch of PDFs of emails that I need to add meta data to provide a description for each. I have to open the file and then update the meta data. From within SharePoint this is cumbersome, but in file explorer its much easier to update. However, I cannot sort by the library meta date or enter the meta data in file explorer.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to view metadata from SharePoint Documents libraries in Windows Explorer!
Add custom metadata to views is very helfull to Sharepoint.
But not seing this metadata in Windows Explorer is a big downside.
The manipulation of this metadata should be also possible.
For example, to be able to classify the Document (LifeCycle State: Draft, Sent, Approved - just an example)

I think this is a great idea and can't understand why we are not able to synchronize meta data from a SharePoint-document library (or Teams) already. We have for example added a description to all documents in SharePoint that explains what the document X123.xmls is all about. When the document is synchronized to File explorer we can only see the filename without the description.
