On a modern page, displaying a list ID and Title field via the list webpart, then using the list properties webpart to pull through the fields to display all the properties of the selected item.

The first time an item is selected using Title everything is displayed perfectly, but, then when selecting a different Title item, the People and Groups fields are not updating.

The Resolution is to click on the tick box next to the item, instead of the title, then untick the item before ticking the next one is not ideal. Most users would normally tick the Title directly. In this case the resolution is making an end user select extra clicks to get the required information which ultimately is not ideal.
