Prohibit/Allow flows to connect to a list or library
Any user with PowerApps or Flow can connect to a list/library and read/modify everything.
There should be a possibility for Site Owners to prevent/grant users to connect a Flow or PowerApp to SharePoint (via group permission level or list settings).
Any user with a bit knowledge can otherwise read any information.
Same is for dataconnection with Excel to SharePoint...
