Additional columns in Organization Assets Libraries
When designating a document library as an Organization Assets Library it would be great if columns and views from the library were also available from the Organization Assets Library level so that images can be tagged and filtered by users. It would make it much easier for the users to find what they're looking for.

Views are avaible! What about filtering?

This is possible now. SharePoint views are supported in the organization assets library.
Can't understand how this would work without the ability to use metadata! Please can we have this feature!

I agree with other comments posted. We promote the use of metadata throughout SharePoint, but it is not available in a location where it would be very useful
Not sure why this wasn't implemented in the first place. After years of recommendations about using metadata columns over folders a feature get released that forces you to use folders and doesn't display any custom metadata columns. Please enable this to at least show the library default view.

I agree, this is essential for sorting through assets in any grouping. And a Search capability should be added as well, the same way one can search web image results
