Web Part Template/Sync Web Parts
It would be nice if there were a way to save a web part that's been configured as a template and then be able to apply that web part to multiple pages.
We have scenarios where pages use a quick links web part for navigation buttons and we would like to have an easy way to manage these buttons across site pages. Currently, we would have to update each site page if these shared web parts needed to be updated.

You used to be able to export the web part and it would save a little XML file. Then you import that file and you can add a copy of the original web part on the current page. This was so helpful, it takes hours sometimes to configure a web part then someone says, oh, that's on the wrong page and you have to do it all over again. From Scratch.
