Anchor links in menu and suggested links
Addition of anchor links is great, and here are a two things that would make the user experience better.
- Allow linking to anchors in site menu navigation
- Have the anchor appear in the list of suggested links when using the text editor to add a link, or at least available while in edit mode. Saves time from having to leave edit, fethc the link and the go back to editing, esp if you have many anchor links.
If you cant link to anchors and you aren't using a tonne of subpages this seems like an essential feature to address. Why have a floating nave bar if every link just leads back to the top of the page. It's rather silly in this day and age. I guess back to a fixed nav bar it is.

I hope this features get enabled. This is necessary for driving business users to important and specific content that might be broken up and sectioned on a page. It can be critical for the best UX in some instances, for example, when connecting into a Hub Site where links with anchors may need to be included. Our organization has many uses for this feature, please consider implementing!
please (re)enable this feature!
Yea, this is really silly to not have this ability.

This seems like such a no brainer for me. Why is this disabled? Please add this feature asap.

When you are creating a hyperlink on a page, any bookmarks that exist on that page should automatically appear as choices. It's crazy that they don't. We have taken to opening the page in a second tab so we can copy the bookmarks and paste them in.

Yes we need this ASAP
Yes! I want this
This would be really useful if this worked.
Well, it should be very helpfull of this would work. indeed they did block the ? to be used. Don't get the why?
Hope Microsoft will give a response on this.
There was a work around by adding "?" before the anchor tag in the URL. It has recently been blocked as well. They now append a "/" at the end of URLs one enters in the navigation. Seems like they are purposely trying to block using anchor tags in the navigation.
