The web part "Quick Charts" option to "get data from a SharePoint list on this site" will not load the list of lists of you have over 100 lists in your SharePoint site. It just stays on "Getting lists...".

This is a serious limitation that will disable the usage of the quick chart. The limit either needs to be increased or preferably removed.
