Our users report confusion on knowing if they are following a site.
When they click the "star" icon to follow a site, they expect the icon to change to reflect the action has been registered (e.g., to fill in like the bookmark star does in MS browsers like IE and Edge).

Due to this confusion, they end up clicking again and unfollowing sites they wanted to follow.

The icon should change to reflect that they are now following the site
