Page Comment Notifications - set recipient email
It appears that page comment notifications currently only go to the creator of the page, which cannot be changed. This is not helpful if the moderator of content is not the initial creator, or if the creator leaves. Instead, I would like to see comment notifications, by default, go to all site owners, with the option to override using a defined recipient list.

I would like to see the notifications go to the person listed in the "Author Byline" field (the person you select in the header of the page) if that is different to the Created By user. That gives a sensible default with ability to override.
But really, any way to change who the comments go to would be welcome!
