In List multiline text field can store only 63,999 characters only.
In List multinline text field can store only 63,999 characters only. but on other hand ,in library multiline text field can store un-limited data. please make this functionality for list as well.

Microsoft encourages customers to migrate from lotus to O365. They have not given a thought about the limitation of multi-line text. A lotus RichText field can hold any number of characters limited by memory. All lotus databases contain richtext fields and there are customers who have stored text/character lengths exceeding 64K and I have witnessed upto 5 MB.
