■Description(内容):
SharePoint Online リストにおいて、特定の列にて登録された内容を受けて別の列の選択肢を絞り込むという機能を使用したいが、現時点においてそのような機能の提供がされていない状況です。
希望としては、自分の名前を入力すると連動してリーダーの名前が自動で表示されたり、もしくは所属部署を選択すると所属する人がプルダウン リストの一覧に出るようにしたいです。
しかしながら、現段階で上記の運用を実現しようとすると、特定のユーザーを指定した際に別のユーザーを別の列で表示させる必要があり、現状では二度入力が必要となってしまい、工数がかかってしまいます。
Excel クライアントでは上記動作の実現が可能であり、SharePoint Online でも上述の動作が実現できれば大幅に工数を削減でき利便性向上が見込まれるため、機能拡充を希望します。

Currently there is no list function in SharePoint Online which narrows options down based on the content registered in certain columns.
I would like functions so that, for example, entering one's name would automatically display their leader's name, or entering one's department would fill up a list with the members who belong.
There is a way of realizing the above right now. But it would take some extra work as, when certain users are specified in certain columns, other users must be displayed in other columns. This means inputting data twice.
The above-mentioned functions are available in Excel client.
I would like SharePoint Online to have them as well since their realization would cut down a lot of work and improve the user-friendliness.
