カスタム リストのアイテムを編集するときに以前は本文中にファイルを添付することができたが、新しいリッチテキストエディター（RTE）に変更となってからは本文中にファイルを添付することができなくなったため、本文中にファイルを添付するときは、"従来の環境に戻る" とする動作を行う必要がある。そのため、カスタム リストのアイテムを編集するときに新しいリッチテキストエディター（RTE）にも、以前のようにファイルを添付するメニューを追加してほしい。

It used to be possible to attach files to the body text when editing custom list items, but when it changed to the new Rich Text Editor (RTE) there is no way to do this. Thus, in order to attach a file, it is necessary to “return to Classic experience”.
Therefore, please add the menu to attach files back in for the new Rich Text Editor (RTE) when editing custom list items, like there was before.
